Earlier 19th C. 2 storey, 3 bay house. Coursed rubble with droved ashlar dressings and quoins. Central door, with flanking windows, 3 windows to 1st floor. Straight skews, corniced end stacks, slate roof. South gable end with one blocked window to ground.
B Group with 32-38 Castlegate opposite.
Traditional house with good stonework, occupying a prominent position on the streetscape.
