Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, asymmetrically
planned 3-bay house. Stugged, coursed red sandstone with
ashlar dressings and quoins. Advanced gable on left with
1 window in ground and 1st floors, each with cornice and
moulded architrave. 1 small architraved window in gable.
Coped skews with finial. Pilastered doorpiece in
re-entrant angle, 1 window to right at ground floor with
cornice and moulded architrave. 2 windows to 1st floor
with moulded architraves, eaves course and main cornice.
Straight skews with corniced gable end stacks. 1 canted
dormer with decorative bargeboards to gable head. Slate roof.
B Group with 5 and 7-13 Hyndford Place.
