Description

Late 18th and early 19th century. Inn of 2-storeys and attic, 3-bays, 1 recessed bay at left. Painted, lined render, plinth and margins. Central pilastered doorpiece, pilastered doorpiece in recessed bay. Cill course to 1st floor. 4-pane sashes throughout. Eaves course and cornice, 2 piended, canted, wallhead dormers. 1 small gabled dormer. straight skews, end stacks, slate roof.

Rear wing: partly 18th century/partly modern.

Long range in close at right: formerly four 3-bay, 2-storey cottages, now part of hotel. No 127 late 18th/early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay frontage to High Street, painted render and margins, door in left bay; 4-pane sashes throughout; 1 2-light dormer. Slateroof.
