Description

Dated 1787. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house. Harled with stone margins.

NW ELEVATION: deep-set doorway with inscribed lintel 'CM YM 1787', panelled timber door and plate glass fanlight to centre bay at ground with adjacent small window to right, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor.

SE ELEVATION: ground floor detail hidden by boundary wall, window to outer right at 1st floor and 3 small modern rooflights.

Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows. Concrete pantiles. Ashlar stacks with cans and thackstanes; coped ashlar skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: flat-coped, harled boundary walls.
