Description

Earlier 19th century, 2 storey, 6 bays wide at ground with
door at centre and at ends, modern garage opening off-centre.
4 windows at 1st floor, original 12 pane double sash glazing.
Coursed rubble with polished ashlar dressings, straight
skews with brick stacks. Slated roof, harled gable to Abbey
Row. Later 18th century block to rear with front to Abbey
Row: later 18th century, 3 storey, 2 bay with modern opening
at ground and large segmental headed venetian window at 2nd
floor, harled with rendered margins, piended slated
roof, 2 storey single bay lean-to link with 3 Simon Square
has segmental headed coach-house at ground floor.
