C.1825, 2 storey and basement, 3 bay classical villa, centre
bay slightly advanced with garlanded block pediment over.
Centre door approached by steps over area has panelled
pilastered door-piece; ashlar front with rusticated angle
quoins at ground floor and panelled angle margins above 1st
floor cill-course. Ground floor windows have panelled
pilastered surrounds, 1st floor windows have plain
architraves. Cornice at wall-head, blocking course,
rendered stacks at flanks, piended slated roof.
Orchard Cottage: single storey 3 bay wing to east,
attached to Orchard House to west, centre foor. slated roof,
roof, piended to east.
Dovecot: presumably earlier 19th century, square plan, gabled
to north and south with low pitched roof; door in south wall
with triangular headed inset above containing 3 flight holes.
