Description

Late 18th century, 2 storey, 3 bay front to south with
centre, pediment, channelled angle pilasters, centre door
with incised Soanic architraves moulded eaves courses
coursed squared rubble with polished dressings; 3 bay
front to west, close-spaced windows, moulded eaves course
continues piended slated roof.

Statement of Interest

The Souther part of a villa called Pringlebank which is

shown sub-divided on Wood's Map. The northern part has been

rebuilt see 25 Bowmont Street.
