Later 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay end of terrace house. Rubble, originally harled. Modern (1992) extension to rear.
W (FRONT) ELEVATION: taller windows to 1st floor. Door at centre, single window above; to right, bipartite windows to both floors; to left, single windows (that at ground reinstated from a shop window 1992). Piend-roofed slate-hung dormers to flanking bays, rooflights at centre. Replacement timber sash and case plate glass windows. Grey slates. End wall and stack rendered.
Originally part of further terrace; the houses to S were demolished to make way for the by-pass. Group value with Nos 1 and 2 Bridge Street. (See separate listings).
