Early 19th century. 2-storey house.
NW (STREET) ELEVATION: slightly raised 2-storey 3-bay original entrance front harled with smooth cement margins; steps to door at centre, regular fenestrations.
SE (GARDEN) ELEVATION: 2-storey 4-bay rubble front with ashlar margins; regular fenestration. Inner right bay with gabled timber porch; panelled door and 3-pane lights to either side.
NW ELEVATION: blank, harled.
12-pane timber sash and case windows to street, 4-pane to garden. Grey slates; terracotta ridge tiles to porch. Flat skews.
There is a 20th century industrial building (garage) attached to the SW gable, and a curious unattached building with lean to roof (probably a converted garage) to the NW. The house was restored 1991.
