Description

Ross & Joass, 1864. Italianate ashlar, 3 storeys and attic,
13-bay front, centre bay slightly advanced; at ground floor,
modern shopfronts and arched and keyblocked centre
doorpiece; centre bay, at 1st floor tripartite window with
balustered apron; at 2nd floor, arched and keyblocked window;
aedicular gablet flanked by urns at attic. Outer bays, at
1st floor, balustered aprons at 1st 3 and last 3 windows;
at 2nd floor, round-arched windows. Dormer windows. Scrolled
band course at 2nd floor, bracketted cornice surmounted by
urns.
