Description

Circa 1865, Italianate villa. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Left bay
slightly advanced with slightly projecting rectangular
2-storey tripartite bay window, balustered apron below
1st floor window. At right, canted ground floor bay window
with balustrade. At centre, porch containing round-arched
doorpiece with carved keystone and surmounted by balustrade
with vase at corner. Bracketted eaves.
