Description

W L Carruthers, circa 1895, Arts and Crafts style,
asymmetrical pair of semi-detached villas, 2-storeys and
attic, 4 uneven bays; the 2 right bays slightly advanced and
gabletted, the left of these bays having a 2-storey
bellcast-roofed canted bay window; left bay slightly
advanced with pair of gablets and containing parapetted
canted bay window. Mullioned windows with hoodmoulds.
Coursed rubble; slated roof. Altered glazing pattern at
No 26.
