Description

F W Troup, 1898. Large single storey and attic villa in
arts and craft manner, harled with stone dressings, upper
2/3 of gable and cantilevered gabled bay to road slate hung.
Timber porch and bay window on gable elevation. Broad
eaved roof of Scots slates and diamond plan chimney.
