Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical villa. Harled with ashlar dressings. Eaves lintel course; riased margins; quoin-strips.

S (CLYDE STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pilastered, pedimented doorway, fanlit modern timber door. Window to right and left. 3 symmetrically disposed windows at 1st floor.

E (ADELAIDE STREET/SIDE) ELEVATION: blank gabled.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: curved stair block to centre with cat-slide roof, doorway to E face.

W (SIDE) ELEVATION: gabled with window to outer right at ground and

1st floor, modern house abutting to centre and left.

Plate glass sash and case windows; modern aluminium replacement windows at ground to S. Grey slate roof, 2 slate-hung piend-roofed dormers to S, small rooflight between; ashlar coped skews; corniced ashlar stacks to gables with polygonal cans.
