Dated 1913. 2-storey rectangular-plan, 5-bay office building. Red sandstone ashlar front, cream sandstone rubble sides, piended and bell-cast slate roof. Base course, segmental hoodmould with continuous string course to front, deep eaves (dentilled to front). Tripartite sash and case windows, plate glass to bottom, 9-pane to top. Cast-iron rainwater goods. FRONT ELEVATION: door with fanlight and segmental hoodmould to centre, single window with round astragal pattern to 1st floor, 2 tripartite windows to ground and 1st floor left an right. INTERIOR: not seen.
