Dated 1895. 2-storey Beaux-Arts/Baronial-detailed pair of tenements. Red ashlar stugged and snecked rubble to rear. Pilaster-bracketted segmental doorheads with continuous string course, moulded cill course to 1st floor, moulded wallhead course; single and bipartite sash and case windows, architraved to 1st floor (mostly modern out-of-character frames to no 7); corbel-panelled coped-crowstepped finialled gablets with corniced stacks to left over 1st floor centre windows; corniced ridge stacks; cast-iron rainwater goods with decorative hoppers.
FRONT ELEVATION: no 7 to right. Door to centre left, bipartite window to left, single and bipartite window to right; single window to 1st floor centre, bipartite to left and right. No 5 to left similar, except Harveys Bar now extended into ground floor left of door.
This building is dated at the 1st floor pediment.
