3, super imposed orders, early German Renaissance pedimented bipartites with slim columnar mullions in channelled pilasters ground floor, consoled windows bearing 2nd floor balconies in Doric pilasters 1st floor, architrave windows with panelled balconies in pilasters at 2nd end coupled pilasters Doric, inner single pilasters Ionic, bold

modillioned cornice, parapet with quatrefoiled circles; further 3 bays to Cathcart Street, doorpiece and former shop at ground floor, architraved windows above with cornices at 1st floor, continuous entablature but no parapet.
