John Cunningham, architect. Plans submitted to Dean of Guild Court 1897. Stone cleaned red ashlar tenement on corner site. Bowed corner bay, having 4-light windows, its conical roof rises from behind parapet and with flanking wallhead stacks. 4-storeys, public house at ground, single window and canted 3-light window bays to elevations, with triangular or segmental pediments over those at 1st and 2nd floors. Plate glass windows, sash and case. Shallow pitch slated roof.
