Later 19th century 2-storey villa with L-plan front; round arched lights at 1st floor with sculptured spandrels; ashlar; plate glass sashes; Corinthian columned open porch to inner bay is painted; 2-storey canred window in advanced, pedimented and ball-finialled gable left; bipartites at right; eaves course and main cornice; corniced stacks, slate roof. Low boundary wall to street, painted ball-finialled square gatepiers.
