Dated 1771; renovated 1983 (dated) and incorporated within modern housing development. 3 storeys, 4 bays, central nepus (wall-head attic) gable. No door to Gallowgate; harled brickwork, painted ashlar margins, rusticated quoins, scrolled skewputts; small-paned sashes; apex stacks; pair dormers; slate roofs.
The use of brick on outer walls of 18th century domestic buildings is now extremely rare in the region.
