Description

Circa 1835. 3-storey classical tenement converted to offices with later ground floor altered to bank, channelled and pilastered. 5 x 5 bays; 1st and 4th bays from S on Hope Street blind at 2nd floor. Polished ashlar. Sash and case windows, architraved and corniced at 1st floor. Some 12-pane glazing. Eaves cornice; blocking course. Corniced wallhead stack to Hope Street.
