Description

Circa 1875; 6-bay tenement adjoining 28 Lansdowne
Crescent with 3-bay return elevation to 393 North
Woodside Road. Built on steeply sloping site; 4 storeys
and basement. Polished ashlar, channelled at ground,
stonecleaned. Steps oversailing basement to 1st floor;
architraved corniced doorpiece. Upper windows
architraved; corniced and with bracketted cills at 1st
floor; corniced at 2nd floor. At terminal bays, windows
tripartite; otherwise single light. Sash windows, plate
glass glazing. Band course over ground; strings at 1st
and 2nd floor cills. Mutule cornice; axial and wallhead
stacks; slate roofs.
