Description

1830-40. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Coursed rubble. Unified
shopfronts of circa 1930 showing Art Deco influence at ground
floor; tripartite windows at 1st floor; moulded architraves
at upper floor windows; eaves band and moulded cornice. 12-pane
glazing at upper floors. 3-bay wing to Cumming Street.
Slate roof.
