Early 19th century with later 19th century heightening. Single storey and attic 3-bay cottage. Tooled mixed rubble with contrasting painted tooled ashlar margins and painted courses. Centre entrance with panelled door; 12-pane glazing to flanking windows, 9-pane in E gable window. Later 19th century canted dormers in outer bays with 2- and 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof with modern loft roof light.
Later small single storey, single bay addition at W gable.
