Description

1905-10. 2-storey and attic house. 2-bay (1 of terraced pair). Rubble with contrasting painted pointing. Painted concrete dressings; harled flank. Door at centre (paired with neighbour). Bipartite in outer bay and to shared, gabled dormerhead window at 1st floor breaking eaves to centre. Single, gabled dormerhead to outer 1st floor window. Gabled dormer. segmental-headed lintels to all openings. Panelled door. 2- and 4- pane glazing.

Pair with No 14 Seafield Street. Not evident on 2nd edition OS map, 1904.
