Circa 1910. 2-storey, 3-bay N facing house. Rendered frontage with contrasting painted coursing and long and short dressings; rubble flanks with brick forestair at W gable leading to upper storey (flatted dwelling). Centre entrance with panelled door; flanking bipartites in ground floor and breaking wallhead in gabled dormers; modern 2-pane glazing (wooden frames). Coped concrete end stacks; slate roof.
