Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house; centre door
with moulded lugged architrave and cornice. Harled;
painted stone margins; rubble flanks; 12-pane sashes;
slate roof.
Lamp on decorative wrought iron bracket attached to NW
angle.

Statement of Interest

B group with Nos 15 and 17 South Guildry Street. Though

Nos 13, 15 and 17 South Guildry Street are probably

earlier, the street was formerly laid out in 1853 and

completion by 1876, maintaining a regular building line

and layout.
