Description

Mid to later 19th century, 2-storey and attic, 5-bay
dwelling/offices with further recessed bay to North College
Street with entrance in re-entrant angle. Finely tooled
ashlar, polished ashlar dressings, rusticated plinth.
Round-headed pilastered ground floor windows with advanced
keystones and panelled aprons. Tall corniced windows with
lugged architraves to 1st floor giving onto shallow stone
balcony with decorative cast-iron railings. Canted oriel 1st
floor S gable (looking onto South College Street). Bracketted
cornice; parapet; 3 piended dormers; crowstepped gables;
slate roof.
