CIrca 1885. 2-storey with mansard attic, terrace of 8 2-bay villas. Lightly stugged ashlar with polished dressings. Base course; dividing band and cill course; deep bracketted cornice; scrolled shoulders and pediments or round-headed pediments to dormers (alternating between villas): architraved windows.
N ENTRANCE elevation: each villa comprising: segmental-headed tripartite doorpiece with foliate capitalled colonnettes in bay to right; panelled door; plate glass fanlight; corbelled cornice above with blinded guilloche panel forming apron to single window at 1st floor; dormer above. 2-storey, 4-light canted window with fishscale slate canopy; dormer above. Doorway blocked at No 12. Plate glass sash and case windows; casement dormers at Nos 15 and 18. Grey slate roof; corniced mutual stacks; coped and rendered stacks between Nos 13 and 14. INTERIORS: not seen 1991.
BOUNDARY WALLS: low boundary walls to street; fragments of original cast-iron railings remaining at all houses except No 12.
