Circa 1867. 2-storey, 4-bay rectangular plan double villa, subdivided. Squared and snecked rubble; stugged ashlar entrance elevation. Base and blocking course; cornice; stop-chamfered quoins; distinctive
mannered, shallow hoodmoulds to windows: roll-moulded architraves.
S (ENTRANCE) elevation: entrances in 2nd and 3rd bays; advanced round-arched doorpieces with roll-mouldings, carved consoles, and corniced; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights. Single windows above with decorative wrought-iron guards on cornice below; full-height canted windows with dividing cornices to outer left and right.
E ELEVATION: blank.

Mixture of 4-pane and plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped gables; canted dormer windows to outrer left and right; paired box dormers at centre; twin corniced stacks to E and W; original decorative rainwater goods to S elevation.
INTERIORS: encaustic tiled vestibule and decorative plaster mouldings at No 1; encaustic tiled hallway and original staircase with cast-iron balustrade at No 3.
Low coped wall to street; 2 end piers with chamfered corners and incised diamond motif.
