Circa 1860. 2-storey, 6-bay rectangular-plan double villa mirrored about centre. Squared and coursed sandstone; stugged ashlar S (entrance) elevation. Base and blocking course; cornice.
S (ENTRANCE) elevation: doorways in 2nd and 5th bays with carved consoles to cornices above; deep-set panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; single windows at 1st floor above. Tripartite windows at ground and 1st floors in 2 bays to centre. Single windows in outer bays to each floor.
E AND W ELEVATIONS: stais window at 1st floor.
6-pane sash and case single windows; 3 panes to each light of tripartite windows. Grey slate piended roof; lead flahsings; corniced mutual stack; 2 shouldered wallhead stacks (1 corniced); moulded octagonal cans.
INTERIORS: not seen 1990.
Low boundary wall to street, rising to W.
The double villa serves as a terminal point to N end of Findhorn Place.
