Description

Late 19th century. 3 storey and attic 3-bay tenement with public house to ground floor. Bull-faced squared and snecked cream sandstone with polished dressings. Moulded string courses between ground and 1st floor and between 1st and 2nd floors (stepping up in centre bay). Swept roof. Modern glazing and doors to ground floor. Shoulder-arched windows to 1st and 2nd floors. 2 crowstepped gabled dormers to attic.

6-pane glazing to upper sashes, plate glass to lower in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates.
