Circa 1860. Four 4-storey plain classical tenements, 14 bays in total, with shops to ground floor. Droved sandstone. Band course to ground and 1st floors, cill course to 3rd floor. Regular fenestration. Modern shop fronts to outer left and right. Older shop fronts with recessed glazed doors flanking pedimented timber boarded door with plate glass fanlight to centre-left. Post Office to centre-right; polished granite facing to cills and architrave door frames, two 2-leaf timber panelled doors flanking three large border-glazed windows.
Predominantly non-traditional glazing with some plate glass in timber sash and case windows. Coped stacks. Some circular clay cans.
A continuation of the earlier 2-6 East Norton Place.
