Description

Mid 18th century, former dower house, later a manse, much
remodelled early 19th century. Original house rectangular
with small fenestration south front recast early 19th
century with twin single-windowed canted oriels on massive
corbelling, good original dormers with blind splayed
sides above, all rubble built with droved dressings;
original glazing; 2 storey and attic rear wing with
quadrant feature in angle, style of Sir Rowand Anderson.
Some mid 18th century woodwork, remainder early 19th
century and Victorian. Small cottagey 2-window and centre
door outbuilding, now a garage.
