Description

Sir Rowand Anderson c.1897-1900. Free Jacobean 2-storey
and attic terrace block. Nos. 9, 13, 17 and 21 are gabled
and have rectangular bays ground and 1st floors, others
have shallow rectangular oriel bays with tripartites,
wooden balconies above at tripartite dormer windows;
architraved doorpieces with rectangular fanlights set in
scrolls and pedimented. Snecked rubble, ashlar dressings,
slated roofs.
