Description

Circa 1795, incorporating earlier fabric. 4-storey and attic 6-bay tenement with public house to ground and 1st floors (see Notes). Ashlar (rubble to side). Cill courses to 2nd and 3rd floors. Balustraded windows in 3 bays to left at 2nd floor; 3-window pedimented dormer above. Piend-roofed timber dormer to right. 2-storey elevation to public house, corniced and consoled to ground floor, Ionic pilasters, cornice and pediments to 1st. Gated pend to right to Geddes Entry. Rubble wall to Anchor Close with brick buildings behind.

12-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows (modern glazing to public house). Corniced end and ridge stacks with circular cans.
