Description

1800. 5-storey and basement. 7-bay. Terraced classical tenement on falling ground. Sandstone ashlar with modern render at ground. Fascia band, eaves band, projecting cills.

W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 5 round-arched bays at ground arched, 4 round-arched entrances in 2nd, 5th, 7th and 8th bay from left. Regular fenestration above, centre bay windows blinded for symmetry.

Timber sash and case with 12-pane glazing, grey slates, gablehead and ridge stacks with terracotta cans, cast-iron railings at ground.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
