Description

Probably Mid 19th century with modern additions and alterations. 2-bay, 2-storey rectangular-plan part of terrace. Harled, cement-rendered margins.

MAIN ELEVATION: door at ground left; broad window opening to right. Square, slate-hung dormer to right.

Plate glass casement windows; modern door. Grey slate roof; rendered and coped ridge stack; coping to skews.
