William Lamb, 1826. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house over raised basement. Droved ashlar sandstone to front with polished ashlar dressings. Eaves cornice and blocking course; projecting window cills.
SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: irregularly disposed bays. Architraved doorpiece at centre bay with blocked rectangular fanlight. Small rectangular opening between 1st and 2nd bays at ground floor. Basement windows.
NE ELEVATION: not seen (1995).
16-lying pane timber sash and case windows to principal openings; 2-pane sash and case to small ground floor opening.
Grey slate piended roof. Multi-flue mutual chimney stacks: squared and snecked rubble with ashlar dressings and cornice. Ashlar skew copes. Stone steps oversailing basement recess. Cast-iron downpipe.
INTERIOR: not seen (1995).
BOUNDARY WALL: ashlar dwarf wall with coping and modern railings.
Adjoins bowed return elevation of 1-8 Vanburgh Place (listed separately).
