Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house.
Squared and coursed grey sandstone with droved
dressings, rubble whinstone with stugged ashlar
dressings. 1st floor cill course; chamfered reveals.
N ELEVATION: pilastered and pedimented doorpiece to
doorway at centre. Windows in flanking bays at ground
with pend entrance at outer right. 3 windows at 1st floor.
S ELEVATION: piend roofed stairbay projecting at centre.
Lean-to outhouse at ground to right.
Lying-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows.
Grey slates, straight skews; mutual gable stacks.
Low rubble retaining wall to front.
