Description

Late 18th century house at right angles to street.
2-storey, 3-bays grouped to centre. Painted harl with
ashlar margins and quoins; base course. Rubble sides
and rear, some harl pointing.
S ELEVATION: Door to centre with strip fanlight, windows
flanking. 3 windows at 1st floor.
E ELEVATION: Door at outer right to gable end wall with
flanking window at left. Window to 1st floor above door,
small window to attic at centre.
Adjoining Crown Hotel at rear.
12-pane glazing to sash and case windows.
Ref pantiles, grey slate easing course. Straight skews,
ashlar stacks; left W stack repointed in brick.
