Early 20th century. 2-storey 2-bay house with pend to W. Stugged cream coursed ashlar with polished dressings. Base course; rounded angles, corbelled to square with course above ground floor; chamfered arrises. Bipartite segmental headed windows at ground. Right bay slightly advanced and gabled with 3 small stepped windows in gablehead, and finial. Window to left at 1st floor breaking eaves with gabled dormerhead. Gabled rubble return with door at ground and window at 1st
floor. Pair of piend-roofed dormers breaking eaves to rear.
Timber sash and case plate glass windows. Grey slates; corniced ashlar apex stack. Ashlar coped skews; gabletted corbel skewputts. Cast-iron rainwaterheads and downpipes.
BOUNDARY WALL AND GATE: low ashlar wall to front with saddleback ashlar coping; wrought-iron pedestrian gate.
