Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay house. Stugged render lined as ashlar with raised margins; harled to side; harl-pointed to rear.

W (MARKET SQUARE) ELEVATION: long and short dressings; base course. At ground, panelled and glazed door with letterbox fanlight in chamfered architrave with Tudor hoodmould; large plate glass shop window to left; window to right. Window to each bay of upper floors; smaller at 2nd floor and hard under eaves.

S ELEVATION: gable with small windows to right at ground and left at 2nd floor. Low screen wall to right with access door to rear.

E (REAR) ELEVATION: irregular 3-bay; shallow bow at centre. Projecting pebble-dashed lean-to extension to right.

Timber sash and case windows; 12-pane, 4-pane to 2nd floor. Grey slates; brick apex stack.
