Description

Dated 1885. School with Gothic detailing, now used as offices.
2 storeys with railed basement, 3 bays with mullioned and
transomed windows, inner bay with perpendicular traceried
ground floor window and flanked by crenellated tall octagonal
turrets; outer buttresses. Bull-faced red ashlar with
polished dressings. Outer ground floor windows with flat
ogee heads; depressed-arched 1st floor windows with
shallow-gabled heads above main eaves level. String between
floors stepped as hood-mould over central window. Slate roof.
Low ranges to rear.
