Late 19th century. 3 storeys and attic with 2 bays to High
Street, canted angle, gable to Bank Street, entrance to
upper floors in adjoining building (viz no. 54 Bank Street).
Modern shop fills ground floor; red ashlar above; 1st floor
pilastered and with arcaded wide segmental-arched windows
with cast-iron lintels, timber mullions and transomes;
lugged 2nd floor architraves; strings divide floors;
swept-roofed dormer; corniced end stack; slate roof.
