Description

Early 19th century. 3 storeys, 3 bays with circa 1983
neo-Edwardian shop front filling ground floor, and
(?re-used) apothecary's sign. Painted droved ashlar and
projecting cills. Sash windows with 12-pane glazing
pattern; cornice; blocking course; dormer with casements;
straight skews raised over S gable (latter faced with
bull-faced red ashlar) where taller building formerly
adjoined.

A group with items 45, 46, 48, 49. Occupied by Dumfries PO

until 1836.
