Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Squared rubble, large irregular long and short dressings, concrete tile roof; concrete block stack at left, stone at right.

W ELEVATION: central margined door, 2 stone steps, unsympathetic modern fanlight door, 'Braehead House' painted on lintel; 12-pane sash and case windows with painted margins, 2 at ground floor, 3 at 1st; skew gables with skew ends; capped stacks.

S GABLE: 2 widely spaced, symmetrical 8-pane sash and case windows at ground and 1st floor.
