Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey and basement 3-bay house, painted ashlar front, rubble built sides and rear. Good quality ironwork.

FRONT ELEVATION: 2-storey and basement 3-bay with centre consoled and corniced door approached by steps. Ornamental wrought-iron lamp bracket and brackets to guttering. Windows in margins.

S ELEVATION: 3-storey with canted end bays and centre ground floor door. Blank side elevations. Large gable-end stacks. Slate roof.

Windows sash and case, 2-pane glazing pattern.

Ornamental wrought-iron railings with flower finials.
