Description

Edward Tough and W G Lamond 1909. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay Art Nouveau villa. Coursed and squared rubble with ashlar details.

Central door and leaded glass windows in ashlar grid within wide semi-circular arched doorpiece with curved arrises. 5-light mullioned window over with wide cill and curved apron. End bays canted.

Piended and platformed slate roofs with broad corbelled eaves and ball finials. Battered stacks with string course and cornice. Windows sash and case, single lower, 4-pane upper cases.

Low rubble-built boundary walls and remnant of wrought-iron railings.
