Dated 1850. 4-storey and attic, 4-bay tenement with shops to ground floor. Pinkish sandstone ashlar, rubble to rear, slate roof. Cill band to 1st and 2nd floor; architraved and corniced windows to 1st floor, margined to 2nd and 3rd, all with replacement 12-pane timber sash and case windows (including out-of-character trickle vents), small dormers with modern 4-pane glazing; corniced and shouldered wallhead stack.
FRONT ELEVATION: close doorway to centre flanked by altered shopfronts, 4 windows to each upper floor, wallhead stack to centre, 2 dormers.
REAR ELEVATION: wallhead stack to right, 2 dormers.
Cast-iron rainwater hopper at junction of 82 and 84 shopfronts is dated 1850.
